Traci founded Next Level Living, Inc. along side her husband Jeremy in 2014 and continues to serve as CEO, guiding the nonprofit’s mission to help youth and young adults thrive in their communities, churches, and schools. She brings a rich blend of experience—from teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing to serving as Marketing Director for a publishing company, along with various roles at a Government Contractor.
Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Alabama A&M University, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Sullivan University, and a Master of Business Administration. Her expertise as a marketer and educator, combined with her heartfelt commitment to community empowerment, drives our organization’s success. As a gifted leader, Traci pours her passion into building programs that uplift families and transform lives.

Jeremy co‑founded Next Level Living, Inc. along side his wife Traci. He’s an accomplished author and highly sought after motivational speaker who’s worked with some of the world’s largest companies, Jeremy’s professional success is built on a solid academic foundation—he holds a bachelor’s degree in Social work and a Master’s degree. His passion for uplifting youth is deeply personal: he overcame the absence of his biological father, ADHD, academic setbacks, and early involvement in substance misuse through education and mentorship.
Since 2014, Jeremy has served as Next Level Living’s spokesperson, sharing his story in homeless shelters, detention centers, group homes, and schools across America. Though he now speaks to high‑profile corporate audiences, he continues to channel his success back into the organization he co‑created, using the lessons from his own journey to inspire students and families to reach their potential.
